At HS CCTV CARE, we do not offer cash refunds on products. All products come with manufacturer warranty as per brand:

• Hikvision — 2 to 3 years manufacturer warranty
• Dahua — 2 years manufacturer warranty
• Corepix — 1 to 3 year manufacturer warranty
• Gaitech — 1 to 3year manufacturer warranty

🔧 Installation Guarantee: All installation work carried out by HS CCTV CARE comes with a 6-month service guarantee. Any installation-related issues will be resolved free of charge within this period.

⚠️ Warranty Conditions:

• Warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects
• Physical damage, misuse, or power surge damage is not covered
• Warranty claims require original purchase invoice
